Where can I buy a Xbox 360 Ac adapter cable?
The cable to the Xbox 360 AC power brick has broke and I am look for one to replace it. Its the wire which can easily be plugged in and out of the power brick. The problem I have that all the ones I find off the internet are for the US and I am in the UK and I don't really want it go through an adapter.
I am not sure if you guys have a "Walmart" in the UK but if you do just go into the electronic department part and they should have them. They are pretty cheap about 50Dollars american currency. I think that would be around 56pounds I believe. Also most game shops like game stop, eb games, ect should have them as well. Again i dont know if you guys have any of those stores there. Will any 3 prong ac adapter cable work with an xbox 360 power brick?
I am gonna buy a power brick that doesnt come with the 3 prong ac adapter cable. I have one that was for a windows 95 computer and i have one that goes to my guitar amp. Could I use one of the 3 prong ac adapter cables from one of those.

Xbox support will tell u to only use there products. But I've use ones from my computer
AC HD Component or VGA cable for Xbox 360?
I am getting a 32 inch 720p LCD TV. The Xbox 360 that I have doesn't have a HDMI port. My question is which wire will give the better picture?The AC HD component of the VGA cable? The TV has a VGA port in the back.
Get the AV cable that is switchable Standard/Hi-Def. If your AV cable only has red/white/yellow leads, then order the HD AV cable. You can get them on eBay for about $8.99 with free shipping. I have mine plugged in the Component slot (blue, green and red RCA's) and the resolution is amazing! Use the red and white RCA's on the standard-def side of AV cable for sound. I also tried the HDMI to VGA cable and had no sound...lame. You have to run an HDMI cable AND the AV cable, red and white, for sound. I hope this helps.
